1958, German nationality, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
He worked for almost 20 years for the German computer-related
high-tech industry and started his first own company in 1994.
Dr. Föhr built up several business units in almost all parts
of the world, including China, so he is well connected with
the European industry. Starting the last few years, he devotes
himself exclusively to specializing in the business between
the Greater China Area and Europe.
In ECS he is directly helping European companies establish themselves
in the Chinese market, but also active in developing concepts
for Chinese private companies for a smooth start-up in Europe.
President of ECS-TC & ECS-TT
As the founder of ECS-TC & ECS-TT (ECS’s Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise
company in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China ), Dr. Foehr holds
the position of President of ECS-TC to supervise the management
team in China . |

| Sunny S.C. Huang

Director in ECS, born 1969, originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China, residence in Germany. Sunny Huang started her career in different high level management positions in big Taiwanese hotels and World Trade Center in the business fields of Sales & Marketing, Events Planning and Human Resources. After 10 years , she changed into the new E-business segment of the tourism industry.
She was Business Development Director at the Taiwan operation of the NASDAQ listed Chinadotcom Corporation and she was a co-founder of the first On-Line hotel booking web sites in the Greater China Area.
In ECS, with her professional background and the tight network with the Greater China market, she is the Business Development specialist for European companies going to the Greater China or the other way round. Based on her HR experiences, she provides cross–cultural sales & marketing coaching, HR Assessment and related training courses and coaching. |

| Helene Reiter |

Director HR Services in ECS, born 1968, Austrian nationality, residence in Shanghai, China.
She worked in HR for more than 7 years and gained a lot of experience in production environments as well as working in the consultancy business.
Ms. Reiter has worked and lived in South Africa before and also gained a lot of intercultural experience by working in the creative industry, recruiting people from around the globe. She has been living in Shanghai since February 2008. In ECS Ms. Reiter and her team are assisting European companies to find the right personnel for their Chinese entity. The department of HR Services successfully combines the awareness of European recruitment requirements and standards with the knowledge about the local work force and talent market.

| Christophe Leconte |

Energy & Environment Department Manager in ECS, born in 1975, French nationality, holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science degree of Aerospace Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
He has worked in France as an engineer in High Tech and Aerospace fields, and has also held Technical and Management Consulting positions in Europe and China prior to joining ECS.
In ECS, Mr. Leconte is responsible for managing operations for projects in Green Technologies / Renewable Energy domains, leading engineering team and project team both for setting up biomass power stations, and representing foreign technologies in China.
Mr. Leconte lives and works in Shanghai. |

Regional Manager North China in ECS, born in 1983, Netherlands nationality, holds a Master’s degree in International Relations.
Mr. Otto is engaged in the foreign affairs for several years. His working experience at the Dutch ministry of foreign affairs both in The Hague and in Beijing makes it possible for him to communicate with both the Western and Chinese side directly and to understand the intercultural differences deeply. He masters several languages, among which English, Dutch, Chinese, German and French.
In ECS, Mr. Otto takes full responsibility for Customer Relationship Management in the area of North China. With his intercultural working background and his outstanding knowledge of languages he devotes himself to managing the contacts and customers relations North China. For each foreign company faced with challenges to their China activities he is there to provide support. |

| Xingxing Shao |

Regional Manager South China in ECS, born in Chongqing/P.R.China in 1979, graduated in 2005 from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany with a degree - Bachelor of International Business Administration ( B.B.A ) - Dipl. Kauffrau.
Ms. Xingxing Shao has worked in Europe and China for international groups, she worked as the deputy regional manager at Deutsche Woolworth Sourcing HONG KONG Ltd. Shanghai Representative Office and International controller at Dannemann Ltd. Germany. She gained a lot of working experiences especially in the field of Key Account Management, Financial Control and Regional Marketing / Sales Management. She speaks Chinese, German and English fluently.
In ECS, Ms. Xingxing Shao takes full responsibility for Customer Relationship Management in the area of South China. With her effort the intercultural distance between two continents will be shortened. |
